Who We Are
Megafab Engineering Pte Ltd was officially operational ready in 2012 in providing vehicle mounted equipment such as cranes, hooklifts and garbage containers. It underwent a massive restructuring in mid-2018 led by Sebastian Low with the support of Union Steel Holdings Ltd.
Union Steel Holdings Ltd divested from Megafab Engineering in February 2023 and Sebastian Low continues to manage the company.
Today, Megafab has taken on major leading brands around the world that has included Hiab, Multilift, Zepro, Erkin Worldpower.
Megafab currently provides many value-added services that include retailing of new and used equipment, after-sales maintenance and repair services, professional certification services and customize truck engineering solutions for our customers.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
- Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
ISO 45001:2018 enables an organization, through its OH&S management system, to integrate other aspects of health and safety, such as worker wellness/wellbeing. ISO/IEC 17020:2012 Conformity assessment for inspection bodies
We are ISO/IEC 17020 certified as a competent body for performing inspection for hooklifts and open-top containers. The ISO/IEC 17020 certification also serves as recognition for the impartiality and consistency of our inspection activities.
bizSAFE STAR — Workplace Safety and Health Management System
To be awarded bizSAFE STAR status, which is the highest level of bizSAFE Certification, it is a requirement to obtain SS506 Certification issued by Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) accredited certification bodies OR (Occupational health and safety management) or other equivalent international certification, accompanied by a risk management Implementation internal audit report by MOM Approved WSH Auditor. To fulfil this requirement, our senior engineers have completed the WSQ WSHMS (Workplace Safety & Health Management System) course and had developed the WSHMS implementation plan in the programme. Our Workplace Safety & Health Management System (WSHMS) is audited regularly to ensure a functional WSHMS is in place. The WSHMS implementation ensures that our team members are protected from all workplace risks or hazards to their safety and health.
